This course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.  Infant, child and adult guidelines are included.   

This course is the required CPR/AED training for ANYONE in the healthcare field.  (Ex. EMTs, nurses, dental assistants, doctors & more all need this course)

NOTE: You are required to have the current 2020 AHA manual with you in class. You may either obtain it on your own or purchase it through HealthPro.

Want to obtain a First Aid certification while attending BLS?  Add on First Aid to your class today!  First Aid will be in 2 parts: Part 1 online, Part 2 is completed in our Instructor-led skills station (approximately 15 minute skills session). Once you register for the course, we will send you your online access code.  Please bring certificate of completion to your BLS class with you.

2020 BLS Manual is required. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PROMPT WHEN REGISTERING FOR A COURSE: You are required to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own book and can bring it to class with you, there is no need to purchase the manual with your class. The optional CE fee is for EMTs only; nurses are not eligible to get CEs for BLS.
